The Labour Employment & Environment Development Council (LEEDC) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to fostering impactful Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. We actively collaborate with corporate organizations, public sector undertakings, foundations, and government bodies to align our efforts with national development. As a Section 8 organization, we ensure that CSR investments lead to measurable, transparent, and sustainable social outcomes. Our focus areas include skill development, employment generation, safety, environmental sustainability, and community welfare, driving positive change in the communities we serve.

Government-Supported Digital Literacy Initiative

  • National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM)
    Free Basic Computer Training provided to hundreds of students in:

    • Vadodara

    • Lunawada (Tribal Area) was implemented as a social development initiative under the national digital literacy objectives.

Community Outreach & Welfare Initiatives (Social Responsibility)

  • Free career guidance seminars for tribal youth in Chhota Udaipur

  • Free financial literacy seminars for students entering industrial employment

  • Food packet distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic at Balvadi, Bill–Vadodara
