Labour Employment & Environment Development Council is a Non-Profit Organization, registered under /Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013, Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U74999GJ2016NPL092748). The organization is working nationwide for the protection of the environment, the rights of the people to clean and fresh water and air, the promotion of sustainable development, and the protection of the cultural heritage of India through community participation and awareness.

The organization was established with objectives of providing excellence in education, training, skilling, re-skilling, consultancy, manpower supply & practice of professional social work through- Education, research, training, networking, manpower supply, resource development, and to establish, develop, maintain, organize, manage, operate, conduct and to run training centres, for skill development, for outsourcing & placement in government and non-government organization.

The organization is presently governing National Fire Safety Institute, located at Vadodara, Gujarat. The National Fire Safety Institute is offering career paths in the field of Fire, Safety & Environment, through its industry-linked training and providing employment to the trainees in the respective fields. The institute also emphasizes job preparedness through seminars, workshops, basic computer training for the youth.

The organization is also working on Disaster awareness, relief, training and volunteering, Civil Defense and First Aid Training.
